(1) Operate the operating handle. If there is no sound of engine refueling, you can open the data output of the automatic control system repair program (you can also unplug the pressure relay connector, operate the operating handle, and use a multimeter to check the pressure relay, which should be connected normally). Operate the operating handle to check if the pressure relay is ineffective. If it is, replace it. Otherwise, check the engine speed, If the speed is abnormal, check and repair the engine;
(2) Check if there is air in the system, and if so, exhaust it;
(3) Check if the oil suction filter is blocked, and replace the filter if it is blocked;
(4) Check if the oil outlet pipe of the pump is unobstructed;
(5) Check the pilot pressure: Connect a 60bar pressure gauge to the pilot pressure measuring point and check if the pressure meets the specifications (34.5bar). If it does not meet the specifications, adjust the pilot pressure control valve. If it cannot be adjusted, check the pilot pressure control valve: whether the valve core is worn (replaced or repaired), adjust the tension spring (53.8mm in length) to be tired or broken (replace the tension spring), and whether it is stuck (remove foreign objects), If it is normal, there may be a problem with the pilot gear pump. Repair or replace the gear pump;
(6) Check the pressure of the safety valve: Connect two 600bar pressure gauges to the pressure taps of the two pumps, then block the track and operate the walking pilot handle. If the pump pressure is abnormal (343bar in standard), adjust the main safety valve pressure to the specified value. If the pressure cannot be increased, check and clean the main safety valve. The main problems are: a, the conical surface of the safety valve core is stuck in the open position by foreign objects (removing foreign objects); b. Adjusting the tension spring for fatigue or breakage (replacing the tension spring); c. The sealing cone surface of the safety valve is severely worn and not tightly sealed (corrected or replaced); d. Damping hole blockage (removal of blockage), if the pump pressure is normal, proceed to the next step;
(7) Check the shift pressure: If the shift pressure is too high, it will cause the pump flow to be too small, causing slow and weak action. You can connect a 60bar pressure gauge to the shift pressure tap and start the repair program to check whether the data displayed on the display screen is normal and whether it is consistent with the reading on the pressure gauge. If it is not normal, it can be adjusted through the repair program. If it cannot be adjusted, check and clean the proportional valve to remove any problems with the proportional valve, If the proportional valve is normal but the shift pressure cannot be adjusted, clean up the electrical system's faults;
(8) Check if the two reverse flow control oil pipes are blocked (or if the hydraulic control piston is stuck), and if so, remove them (to avoid sticking);
(9) Check the flow rate of the pump: if the engine speed is 1800rpm and the output pressure is 9800kpa, the flow rate of the pump is 180l/min, and the usage limit is 170l/min. If the flow rate is too small, the flow rate can be adjusted by adjusting the pump's flow rate adjustment bolt. If the requirements cannot be met, it may be due to wear on the joint surface between the oil distribution plate and the copper cylinder body (grinding the joint surface); b. Fatigue or breakage of the compressed tension spring (replacing the tension spring); c. The clearance between the plunger and the hole is too large (repair or replace the plunger and copper cylinder body); d. The pump servo piston is stuck in a low flow position (removing foreign objects); e. Servo valve jamming (removing foreign objects); f. The servo valve tension spring is worn or broken (replaced);
